I had my blood test done today, and Kayleigh Armes was excellent, as always. She is friendly, caring, professional, and made the whole experience very comfortable. I really appreciate the care and kindness she always shows.

I tried to book an appointment for my daughter via Anima for three days! I don’t know if the fault lies with the Anima system itself—specifically its design—or with the people responding to my repeated requests. They certainly didn’t make communication easy. There was no "Reply" button on their responses, so I had to go through the entire process from every time. It also seemed like they had no intention of helping me arrange the appointment, even though I had provided my availability an ... d asked them to book it themselves to make things easier.

Poorly handled dispute I get tht they have to be in partial but this surgery is becoming a joke and the bot Ai is annoying

Went in last week terrible pains in stomach told doctor i used AI it was gallbladder the pain lower right and back cant sleep pain killers don't work . He dismissed the internet felt my tummy told me it was constipation game me laxatives. Next morning agony went to straight to AE spend 5 days on antibiotics and morphine . Gallbladder blocked and was so infected i have to wait until later to have removed or it could split and i be in real trouble. When i told doctors in hospital they just shook ... their heads in disbelief. Last year i was waiting for MRI scan on back kept chasing they said i would be contacted went on for weeks once chased again oh it never got booked . Gave them low blood pressure readings few months back even receptionist said they are low i get someone to contact you ,appeared on my app no one contacted me had to chase . They a quick enough to put you on pills but don't getting you off them . Its becoming DIY NHS with having to book your own appointment and using app or robot on phone and do own diagnoses as they seem incapable and don't listen . This has been going down hill for years probably due to too many patients lack of staff but at some point they need to hit bottom.

Despite multiple and repeated visits to the GP over a year, I was dismissed time and time again.

I now have stage IV cancer and do not know if I will survive. Had they listened to my symptoms when I contacted them I would have been able to successfully be treated

My daughter whas been given an unliscensed dose of medication by her gp, which has since been picked up by nnuh.

My appointment was fine, I had to pick up a machine and it was all ready. I get on very well here, no problems at all. You can nearly always get an appointment and when you do, they're great in my opinion.

I'm happy with everything, they look after me.
I don't know which is a doctor, nurse or staff and they don't know you from Adam. I feel like you're just another patient, it's not like the old days. I don't doubt they do a good job. I think people expect too much of them.

I find the surgery really effective. They're helpful and quick at getting appointments. My doctor, Dr. Patel, is lovely.

They're generally very good. If I get to see a doctor it goes very well, I don't like the telephone calls. I feel like they offer more telephone appointments than face-to-face since Covid. But I've always had a good experience with the doctors.
