I had a blood test appointment recently and I admit I did arrive a few minutes late. When I got to reception the receptionist was not very polite and said I was too late and couldn't have the blood test and suggested I went to Wisbech or Kings Lynn instead.
On my way to the hospital I had a call form the person who was meant to be doing the blood test asking where I was. I explained what had happened and she said it was a shame as she did have space for me.

The service is always good whenever I come. The availability of appointments seems good and the staff are good. I have always had a good service here. No complaints.

You are always able to get an appointment although sometimes you have to wait for the appointment when you get here. The staff are very good and it all seems to work. It's all very good.

The place is brilliant apart from making an appointment on the phone. I was number 22 in the queue today so I came down to make the appointment in person. The receptionist I saw was very helpful and I'm all booked in.

Waiting on the phone takes ages and when you get through you speak to someone who is not really qualified. I don't like giving information to someone who is not the doctor.
Also when you do get to see the doctor you may have two or three things wrong but they will only deal with one thing in each appointment. This is after a 12 hour wait in the waiting room.
I think the doctors do their best its just there doesn't seem to be enough of them or enough time.

It's fine, no problems. It works okay for me. I'm perfectly happy with the surgery.

I always find the staff kind and friendly and I can usually get an appointment when I need one. It's good and works well for me.

Once her it is very good, but the phone can be difficult. You can be number 21 or 25 in the queue and it can take a while to get through.
The phone system needs to be better. I do understand you can only have so many people on the phones but the wait is frustrating.
It seems you can only book on the day not ahead.

The doctor I have just seen is probably the best doctor I have seen. The doctor was really good today.
I think you need more than the 10 minutes though as sometimes it is difficult to explain everything properly. There is not always enough time.
The doctor was really helpful and I know what is going to happen next, they are going to look into it for me. It has made me feel better.

It was quick today and very easy. I was sent an appointment and all has gone well. Staff are good. The only thing I would say is that when your name comes up on the screen to say it's your turn there is no sound so if I had not been looking at the screen I could have missed it.
