On my last attempt to secure an appointment, I was told by the receptionist that only one issue can be discussed at one appointment. This makes it difficult for exact diagnosis to be reached as issues can be linked and form part of the same health problem.
This practice is a satellite of the Gayton Road practice and as such has not had an independent inspection in the last 16 years. Good practise at one surgery does not mean good practise at both!

All very good, it's brilliant. Everyone is kind and helpful and I think it's brilliant. All good, no complaints.

Called just after 1 on Tuesday 4th November to get my husband an appointment, explained my husband was a police officer, currently on shift so couldn’t take a call, however could leave work early if he could be seen today, the receptionist…I think her name was Steph took all the details, said I need to speak to Dr De about what we can do and I’ll call you back…less than 10 mins later she called back, my husband got an appointment with Dr De at 5pm that night…had to go to dersingham to ... be seen which wasn’t an issue, was seen on time, antibiotics prescribed and sent to chemist. Five star service especially from receptionist

All the staff GP’s, Reception, Nurses etc are good but the process for getting to see a nurse or GP is dire. Need to move to online appointment system asap and in accordance with recent NHS guidelines.

On the whole they are pretty good. You can get through on the phone a lot better now.
I have been with the practice a long time but been coming a bit more over the last 6 months and I feel well looked after and the staff are friendly.
As I get older I am struggling to understand what is being said to me if the staff member is just looking down at their computer or speaking to fast and then I can get confused as to what I am supposed to do. I now try and take one of my sons in with me so they ... can tell me what has been said.

Came in today for an injection and had no problems.
I got a text to tell me to book it, so I rang up and was booked in within 10 days.
It was a lovely person who did the injection as well.

I can always get an appointment, for same day you can ring at 8am or 1pm.
Any tests are always done on time.
The doctors are good, the nurses are excellent and the reception team are brilliant.
Wendy the prescription clerk is brilliant, she is always available, very pleasant, efficient, informative and explains stuff well.
Everything is very very good and we are very lucky to have this as our surgery.
I find the whole Vida group good, my husband had some minor surgery done at the Gayton r ... oad branch which was much better then having to wait for an appointment at the QE hospital.

Whenever I have needed an appointment I have got one within 24 hours.
The staff in the office are very attentive and the doctors know what they are doing. I have lived here 3 years and it has consistently been good.
Sometime the check in screen goes down which can be frustrating as it causes a queue at reception, but other then that it is great.

I am lucky because I don't have to come very often, they tend to contact me when they need to see me rather then the other way round.
It feels like it has improved and it is better then it used to be. I think there are more doctors here now.

I hardly ever have to come, but when I do I have no problems getting an appointment.
Today the staff were lovely and it was only about 5 minutes past my appointment time when I was called in.
I got what I needed out of the appointment.
