All the staff GP’s, Reception, Nurses etc are good but the process for getting to see a nurse or GP is dire. Need to move to online appointment system asap and in accordance with recent NHS guidelines.

Came in today for an injection and had no problems.
I got a text to tell me to book it, so I rang up and was booked in within 10 days.
It was a lovely person who did the injection as well.

The worst part is getting an appointment, although I have not tried recently. It is always a long wait on the phone, for all the appointment to have gone.
When you do get in through, the care is very good and the staff are nice.
The other day I brought my daughter in law in just to get a blood test request signed and they took one look at her and did it there and then which I was very impressed with.

I am lucky because I don't have to come very often, they tend to contact me when they need to see me rather then the other way round.
It feels like it has improved and it is better then it used to be. I think there are more doctors here now.

Whenever I have needed an appointment I have got one within 24 hours.
The staff in the office are very attentive and the doctors know what they are doing. I have lived here 3 years and it has consistently been good.
Sometime the check in screen goes down which can be frustrating as it causes a queue at reception, but other then that it is great.

I can always get an appointment, for same day you can ring at 8am or 1pm.
Any tests are always done on time.
The doctors are good, the nurses are excellent and the reception team are brilliant.
Wendy the prescription clerk is brilliant, she is always available, very pleasant, efficient, informative and explains stuff well.
Everything is very very good and we are very lucky to have this as our surgery.
I find the whole Vida group good, my husband had some minor surgery done at the Gayton r ... oad branch which was much better then having to wait for an appointment at the QE hospital.

On the whole they are pretty good. You can get through on the phone a lot better now.
I have been with the practice a long time but been coming a bit more over the last 6 months and I feel well looked after and the staff are friendly.
As I get older I am struggling to understand what is being said to me if the staff member is just looking down at their computer or speaking to fast and then I can get confused as to what I am supposed to do. I now try and take one of my sons in with me so they ... can tell me what has been said.

I find everyone very helpful, the staff are brilliant.

It has been very good for me and my husband. I have got appointments when I have needed them, and follow up phone calls to find out how I am.
The lady on prescriptions is great, she will always help out. As I am getting older I sometimes forget to put my repeat request in, but she will always do what she can to sort it out.

I am happy with the service that I receive.
The reception team and prescription team are both very friendly and helpful. I can normally get an appointment when I need one, but there is a bit of a wait at the moment as my doctor is on holiday. The nurses are always helpful and friendly.
