I never have any trouble with this place, the staff are 5 star. It's great. I've heard some people complain that the waiting area is much smaller since building the side room but it doesn't bother me.
They're very good, always helpful and very friendly.
It's great. They sort out any problems quickly and they are easy to get hold of on the phone. They are always good and I can't see how they could improve.
They are very efficient. Everything is very clear, all clearly labelled. A fab job.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The service is quick with repeat prescriptions. It would be better if they had more room in the waiting area.
Sometimes they are very slow. I ordered 5 days ago and it was not here this morning. I've come back and it is ready now. Since they added the new room the waiting space is too cramped.
Loads of problems. There is always something missing. It happens often. I don't think the system is as good as it was.
They always have my repeat prescription ready. I get a text from the pharmacy to say it's ready. Excellent.
It's generally good but sometimes you wait a long time.
Sometimes you have to wait when it's busy and there is not enough space for people to wait. Apart from that it's pretty good.
