Well Pharmacy

Having taken the day off work, (lost earnings), to fulfil appointment made for a covid vaccine for my elderly mother, we turn up, only to be told there is no vaccine available, try tomorrow. (I can't just cancel my work appointments like that), and the bigger issue of a failing nhs, is why did the pharmacy not text and cancel this appointment.
Not a very good duty of care within the community.

Staff are very friendly helpful and polite 1st class service

I have heart problems, and I am in my late 70's. From time to time, I have had problems getting my tablets (including blood thinners & heart tabs) delivered as organised.

Today, the promised tablets were not delivered; I was then informed by an automated phone call that I would get them four days later, and by then, I would have been out of stock by two days. I get a little concerned if I can't take the drugs as prescribed.

The staff here are always so helpful and friendly too! They are knowledgeable and generally have medication in stock. Text service to let you know your meds are ready is available. As our many other services. Definitely a quality pharmacy. Only downside is it closes weekends!

Very frustrating when you have Tricare - they are particular & Tammy worked with me to get my prescription refilled.

They're so friendly and helpful. No qualms about service in that regard. They were good during covid and kept high spirits. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait though and I struggle to stand for long periods of time.

The staff are friendly, helpful and know my name. There could be more stock on the shelves, but that's not their problem.

The pharmacist is always helpful, really good!

Very good. They're inundated and they're asked to do a lot at the moment. They work very hard. I had my flu jab here it was a good service.
