Felt mildly uncomfortable when I realised I'd be seeing a male doctor due to the nature of my enquiry. I wasn't so anxious that I'd request a chaperone but thankfully he does this as standard practice, and it did make me feel a lot better. The advice given was reassuring and a referral was made. Very pleased with the treatment and response.
always very helpful staff in spite of delays being seen! no overage on Thursdays.
... w online. This was extremely stressful for me because my medications are mental health medications and all the Miss-information I was getting was messing with my mind.
Good surgery - getting an appointment is the problem but I can go to West Earlham. Once in I can't complain and they do the best under the circumstances. I'm quite happy, they annoy me sometimes but you have to persevere and be patient.
I had a blood test and ECG with an excellent nurse who was knowledgeable and friendly. My blood stopped flowing part-way through and she managed to get it going again to complete the test. My appointment was also on time.
It's not too bad. I ring them up and they see me if I need it. Sometimes I've had to wait quite a long time. I feel a bit overwhelmed sometimes when it's busy. The doctors are nice to me. They are understanding. There aren't any improvements that I can think of.
The surgery is good. You can get an appointment. If you ring them up you can have an appointment within two weeks. The doctor is really nice and I've seen a nurse there for other things.
My appointment today was running very late and the receptionist spoke to each person waiting for that doctor to apologise and give a rough idea of how long it would be. Much appreciated.
The tablets I'm on have been discontinued, I've almost ran out. The GP is helping, they rang the hospital to ask them about alternatives. There are some good GPs there. One or two that are good but others aren't so good. One shouted at me and I felt scared.
I saw John the nurse practitioner today and he examined the problem thoroughly, was empathic and explained the options well.
