They are understanding
It's not too bad. I ring them up and they see me if I need it. Sometimes I've had to wait quite a long time. I feel a bit overwhelmed sometimes when it's busy. The doctors are nice to me. They are understanding. There aren't any improvements that I can think of.

The surgery is good
The surgery is good. You can get an appointment. If you ring them up you can have an appointment within two weeks. The doctor is really nice and I've seen a nurse there for other things.

Good communication
My appointment today was running very late and the receptionist spoke to each person waiting for that doctor to apologise and give a rough idea of how long it would be. Much appreciated.

GP helping to find medication alternative
The tablets I'm on have been discontinued, I've almost ran out. The GP is helping, they rang the hospital to ask them about alternatives. There are some good GPs there. One or two that are good but others aren't so good. One shouted at me and I felt scared.

Thorough and polite
I saw John the nurse practitioner today and he examined the problem thoroughly, was empathic and explained the options well.

Today went well
I would give today 5 out of 5, today went well. Since Covid it is not easy to get in to see anyone.

I rang today for an appointment and got one this morning and the person I saw was very helpful. Last week when I tried to get an appointment for my children and was told they had doctors off sick so to go to the walk in centre.

When you are in everything is fine, it's just getting in.

Everybody is friendly and helpful
Everybody is friendly and helpful and tries to do their best. Adelaide street is my normal surgery but recently I have been sent here.

I can drive so it's not too bad to get here but it does add an extra bit of stress on getting here, but it's fine. The doctor I saw today was 100 out of 100, she is the best doctor I have seen in years.

She was very thorough, didn't rush me and has booked in a double appointment for next time. The people on reception are lovely and helpful, the one on today i

It's only the phoneline that lets it down.
You can't get through on the phone. I was 16th in the queue and it cut out and when I phoned back it was making strange noises, so I came down and the receptionist printed my results out for me, she was very helpful.

When you get seen everyone is good and there are no problems at all. I have had some very kind caring doctors who listen and make you feel at ease.

I lost my daughter a couple of years ago and one of the doctors just spent over 40 minutes just listening to me. It would be 4 and
... a half stars if it wasn't for the phonelines.

The service has improved
Overall the service has improved but the wait time to get an appointment is not good. I tried to make an appointment today but the wait is nearly a month and I think I will be better by then. The reception team used to be super rude but now they show empathy. It's now better.

It's fine, it's a good service
The nurse was lovely and it's fine it's a good service. However recently I had an ECG here and was told to wait to see the doctor afterwards.

I waited for over 45minutes and then found out that the doctor had seen the ECG which was normal and didn't need to see me. Unfortunately nobody told me so I waited unnecessarily.
