Willows Pharmacy

Willows pharmacy is brilliant. They are so helpful, it's an excellent service.

It's absolutely brilliant, the service is superb. I can't fault them, there are never any faults. They are wonderful.

Visiting area and Daughter had rash and pharmacist could not really give a possible diagnosis. Paid for some medication which felt was not appropriate and no alternatives suggested, When tried to get immediate refund this was refused.

Felt pressured. Unattractive pharmacy with people smoking outside.

Absolutely awful service, never have my daughters prescription for her inhaler available even though I gave them a weeks notice. Also no communication to tell me they’re having trouble providing the inhaler.

Always say “maybe tomorrow” and I go in the next day and it is still not available.

Absolutely abismal and now my 2 year old daughter is once again left with no inhaler!

My memory is not the best but when I forget to put my repeat in on time they will expedite my prescription and get it to me quickly. Their delivery personnel are polite and helpful and the shop staff are also polite and listen if you need advice - even when they are rushed off their feet.

My only complaint is the shop is so small that I tend to leave my walker outside so other customers can get in, but you can't have everything.

The repeat prescription service they provide is very poor. They do not order the medication you request and only order out stock items when you actually turn up to pick up your prescription

Always helpful, they have prescriptions ready. It would be handy to have a box outside to put prescriptions in that you could use out of hours.

I always get dealt with promptly

They sorted out my problem for me, simple straight forward and helpful.

Excellent, local, quick service. Opening hours are reasonable.
