    I am very sorry to learn of your experience when trying to arrange to speak to a member of our clinical team. You will be familiar with our on-line triage arrangements, which follows the national direction of travel for access to primary care services. This has enabled us to manage patient demand more quickly, with the majority of patients waiting only a few days and many receiving contact and a response to their health concerns on the same day, rather than having to wait a number of weeks. We are always happy to look at specific circumstances where we have not met patient expectation to see whether there were specific and legitimate reasons for a delay or whether there are lessons that we can learn in order to improve our services going forward. Additionally, while we have moved to an on-line system, which we are encouraging our patients to use, our reception team remain very happy to support people to access our services if you contact us by telephone.
