    Thank you so very much for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent contact with the practice. I am really sorry you were not able to speak to the Asthma nurse on the day you called. I am glad to read however that you were able to speak to a doctor in their absence. I will share your comments with the team as it is always really helpful to know what we are doing well at and areas of improvement and you raising the issue of not being able to speak to an Asthma nurse is something we will look into for the future.
