A wonderful bunch of Ladies
24th November 2023My father was 89 and had vascular dementia. He was very regimented and had his way of doing things , nothing we did as a family was good enough. He became quite aggressive towards us and we were very concerned as to what we could do. After a recommendation from a friend of a friends daughter we rang Bluebird Norwich and from the moment we spoke to the lovely caring ladies on the phone a weight was lifted. We started we a couple of calls a week to help had to have a shower, and to be honest we didn't think it would work . They sent a lovely carer who just got dad and that was the start of a new chapter in his life . The care increased and dad had bad days , but he had more good days , he was engaging with the family and my dad was back . The care he received increased and it made a great difference , as a family we weren't stressed or worrying about dad , we knew he was in safe hands and being looked after . He called the carers his laughing ladies as they all made him laugh and happy . He looked forward to the visits and enjoyed spending time with the laughing ladies, playing dominoes and just having a cuppa and a piece of cake. I would highly recommend them , they made his last years pleasurable and the rest of the family can never thank them enough .

Lovely carers and such a big help.
24th November 2023I asked Bluebird to care for my grandad for a month after he had come out of hospital, they got everything in place straight away so we could get him home sooner. The carers were amazing and grandad was so appreciative of their help. After a month we asked if we could keep them in permanently and they were looking after him 5 days a week before he passed. I cant thank Bluebird enough for all their help, they're amazing.

BLUEBIRD CARE GOING DOWN THE PAN!
11th March 2022When i first had BLUEBIRD CARE after my mothers death in 2019 they were great and had many great careers! Now in 2022 its going down the pan most of the great carers have left and the manager is very rude shes horrible and i dont tolerate her attitude

Care non-existent
5th October 2017This company is worse than very poor. I’d give them minus 100 if I could. They’ve charged me for visits that they never attended and just turn up whenever they feel like it. Didn’t stop them turning up at my house and demanding payment of several hundred pounds before they provided any further ‘care’. I have put in a complaint and switched provider. The care is non-existent.
