Feel well looked after
28th July 2022Staff are friendly and I feel well looked after when I get in to see someone. More staff are needed, they feel like they are doing their best but they are so short staffed.

28th July 2022Can be left waiting a long time to be called in for your appointment, the staff are fine and no problems. They speak well and are friendly. It's quite good.

When you can get in very good
28th July 2022When you can get in to see someone they are very good. Very helpful and efficient. The receptionist have improved in the last year as on occasion before this they were a bit spiky. My husband is deaf so needs face to face appointments as he can not hear on the phone. I write it on the online form and they still book him in a phone call appointment so I have to walk down here every time to get it changed. There should be something on his file or they should read what he is written.

Very Poor
28th July 2022I find it very poor, staff are not very helpful and don't call back when they say they will and when you get an appointment it feels rushed. The Doctors and Nurses can be nice and helpful. you can be waiting a long time for your appointment as they can over run.

Absolutely dreadful
18th March 2021Absolutely useless for helping with mental health issues, they fog you off and don't want to help you. They don't refer you to mental health team when you clearly need it. They just don't care at all. Push you out of the door before you can say anything. Dreadful Absolutely dreadful

They do not take phone appointments seriously
2nd March 2020This morning I got told I would get a phone appointment AFTER 5:30. Apparently because he was free, he decided to call me at 5pm. Of course I missed the call because I was busy, because I was told AFTER 5:30. So I call back 2 (!) minutes later, and now I’m too late and have to wait until Wednesday at the earliest. Totally ridiculous that I get shafted because the gp decided 5pm was a fine time to call when I had been told AFTER 5:30. It’s an APPOINTMENT, not a friendly call. Imagine if that had been an appointment at the surgery! Take phone appointments seriously from now on, they’re not less important. The receptionist had literally 0 sympathy for the appointment she set up being missed.

Friendly and caring nurse
7th January 2020The nurse who did my cervical test was friendly and caring. It was quick and I was dealt with sensitively.

Very helpful
14th August 2019The doctor was good and set my mind at rest. He was reassuring and to the point. The staff are very helpful to. The wait was okay - I waited 20 minutes to go in but you know you'll have to wait a little bit.

Great experience
31st July 2019Bowthorpe referred me to a number of services for assistance with me hip when I was struggling with it. The registrar referred me for physio for my hip and they then eventually referred me to N&N. The GP was good as looking into quite a few options before referring me and trying to help. They've been lovely, making sure they get me as fit as possible.
