  I think they are brilliant, I am very very happy - I have been a patient here for 8 months and am very happy here. I came in to book an appointment at 8.30 and was in to see someone at 11am!

  The nurses here are excellent. Reception can be a bit off hand, there is no acknowledgement when you stand at the front desk to speak to them until they are ready to speak to you. A quick smile so you know you've been seen would be nice, it doesn't feel customer centric. The dispensary could be more efficient, I have to come every month for my medicine and then have to queue and wait when I get here

  GP surgery is excellent, I'd rate it top! The politeness of the staff. GPs and nurses are wonderful. They've got a pharmacy there too which is very good. You have to fill in a form first usually but you can see a doctor when you need to. They get back to you that day on the form. We understand the pressure they're under.

• Recent diagnosis of prostate cancer

  After an examination by my doctor I quickly received a hospital appointment and all the necessary scans. The surgery doctor was on top of all my results and reacted quickly to medication requests from my specialist nurse. He followed up with telephone calls to regularly check on me and all the staff at the surgery have given excellent service.

  I was sent for a bone scan in 2019, came back positive for more treatment, church hill have lost the records and have no idea what I was talking about at my last visit, very poor service

• Helpful and sensitive

  I have always found the staff helpful and sensitive, it’s a shame people slate them. I m always polite and get the best service. I have seen people be abusive and rude in the past when I have been into the surgery.

  Dispensary staff seem hard pushed sometimes; can be a bit abrupt. Doctors come and go, so consistency can be lacking. Difficult time with Covid, so allowances made.
