Cancelled twice in 15 months
22nd February 2022They cancelled twice in 15 months and don't seem to have any dentists. Since COVID they couldn't do any appointments. I had an appointment booked but they rang asking if they could cancel it. I said I did actually have a problem I would like them to look at so needed an appointment. I did get an appointment but I had to sit and wait - but at least I got an appointment. I believe there's now only three dentists at the practice - there is normally five.

Lost dentists and now can't get check-up
22nd February 2022We've got registered but tried to get a check-up and they told me they are not seeing people unless it's an emergency. They were down to four dentists and I think they are now down to two and will be down to one soon due to maternity. I feel sorry for children who will probably have never seen a dentist.

Can't get an appointment
22nd February 2022I can’t get a dental appointment here. I’ve been a patient before. I haven’t tried to book an appointment but usually they message me for my check-up. I haven’t seen anyone in 2 years now.

Great service and patient care
28th January 2022It is clear that they are all doing their best in the circumstances, I was told they had half of their dentists leave in the last 6 months, overall excellent standard of care with lovely staff and dentists.

Given Private Choices / Alternatives
18th February 2020Efficent professional care from my new dentist. Everything explained carefully and helpfully. I was surprised that I was informed about 'other options' which were private care. I had an ankle fusion and a broken leg last year, o no occasion were treatment options other than my chosen NHS ( I am a proud NHS manager) were ever suggested. It sort of spoil the consultation.

Not very good
31st July 2019I went for an appointment and asked for them to carry out a procedure and they wouldn't. I wanted them to swap black fillings for white and they wouldn't. They wouldn't take them out. They aren't very good anyway.

Good and bad dentists
28th September 2018I've seen good and bad dentists there, I hadn't been for a few years because of a jaw problem. Rough, bad attitude, and in a hurry. They said I didn't have enough room and should just take some teeth out. I wasn't happy with him so went to Kings Lynn. Deaf Connexions got me a new dentist, they said the same thing but she was much more accommodating. I don't think they've met a deaf person before and wanted me out. They should have more patience and talk more before doing anything, should be friendly, and provide extra time for appointments.

Polite and efficient
15th August 2018I've only been using a couple of years. It's well equipped and has knowledgeable staff. They're polite, efficient and convenient.
