Professional and friendly
28th May 2018They are really professional. They email and text me reminders which is very handy if you're forgetful. The dentists are friendly too.

Kids like going, which says a lot
25th April 2018My husband left the military and managed to get in here. They can always get you in for an appointment at short notice. My kids like going, which says a lot.

I've been coming here for 10 years at least...
30th January 2018All of the dentists are young and from diverse backgrounds, which I think is great, because they are all up to date with the newest methods and training. They are all brilliant. They send me a text reminder two days before my appointments as well.

Incorrect treatment
3rd January 2018My husband had a bad tooth ache, they put a filling in and it didn't help. If anything it made the pain worse. He then had to return for an emergency appointment as the pain was too bad. Every time I've been in myself it's been okay. Although I see a different dentist every time.

An Update On My Last Review
23rd October 2017I previously wrote an earlier review of this practice based on visits this year giving it a very poor rating stating in my opinion that their dentists tended to cherry pick patients who they wished to provide NHS treatment for, and very much believing that they were reluctant to complete band 3 treatment for patients who required it. My conclusions were based on the fact that in my opinion I received very poor treatment from one of their dentists who left my mouth in a very poor state with lots of broken and semi buried teeth and roots, I felt so strongly about this that I felt the need to make clear, all my concerns to the practice. However, I do wish to give an update on my review in connection with some new experiences based on communications with them recently. Although unfortunatly I cannot change my low rating as the fact remains that in my opinion they have an absymal dentist who was very negligent and I feel strongly failed in their duty of care towards me.I do now concede and can confirm that I have now received reassurance that their other NHS dentists are willing to provide band 3 dental treatment for patients if required and I was informed that it had been a misunderstanding that I had been given the impression that they preferred to wash their hands of me and no longer have me on their books as a patient. They have even recommended another dentist at their practice who will be happy to see me! So I will be making an appointment in near future for a check up and second opinion,.unfortunatly this site forces me to give a star rating so will have to leave a negative rating based on first dentist but will review star rating once i seen other dentist But have added one extra star for them trying to resolve my dispute with them in a satisfactory way! I also wish to put in a good word for the receptionist as I was surprised they have got negative reviews.I always found the receptionists extremely efficient polite and helpful and they always tried hard to arrange convenient appointments for me . I also love their e mail system of reminding patients when their dental appointment are due and is a very good helpful idea,The surgery is very much in the 21st century!

Fantastic
13th October 2017This surgery is fantastic. You get seen really quickly and they deal with everything very calmly. They're very good with kids. The three of us go in together and they sort us all out at once.

Very flexible
13th October 2017Couldn't get an NHS dentist in Swaffham, so I travel to Watton for dental care. Always able to get an appointment. Out of hours care I've received is brilliant. They are a group of practices, one of them is usually able to see you if you need, very flexible.

Received Terrible Dental Treatmeant
2nd October 2017I get the impression from my experience that this dental practice does not want to help NHS patients who require complex band 3 treatment. The dentist was happy to leave my mouth in an awful state with loads of broken and buried teeth with my gum tissue going wild and growing over some of the teeth plus gaps in front teeth. Any reasonable dentist would have seen from the state of my teeth that I would have problems chewing and eating plus the fact that i am wary of smiling as I got broken front teeth. I wanted help but the dentist ignored it and when I complained although I got my dental fees back the practice turned down my offer to have to have another dentist take over from their awful one and provide me with much needed band 3 treatment. When a dental practice offers NHS treatmeant they have a legal and moral duty to provide the best care available on NHS and not cherry pick the easiest NHS patients and wash their hands of NHS patients who require more complex band 3 treatment. I feel very depressed about the state of my mouth and now wondering if all dentists who offer NHS treatment going to treat me the same as there was no attempt to reassure me that there were any decent NHS dentists willing to help me!
