Efficient minor injuries
25th September 2019I go there for regular blood test, and have also used the minor injuries unit. The clinic is good - quick, efficient, friendly. You feel you're being attended to well and they're also quick to see you. Having chemo units there will also be good

Excellent
23rd September 2019Better than any other hospital in Norfolk - everything is on time and it's far easier to access than the N&N. The respiratory clinic in particular is excellent

Excellent
23rd September 2019Brilliant hospital - they treat you as an individual and either run early or on time. The xray department is excellent, you can go at any time and they treat you with care and attention. It's also clean, and good food!

Good experience
23rd August 2019I had to have an MRI scan; I got an appointment within 2 weeks. They were actually early seeing me too - I was out before my actual appointment time! Friendly and helpful staff who gave me clear information about the procedure.

Wonderful minor injuries unit
19th August 2019The minor injuries unit is a wonderful facility - I have used it a couple of times, such as on a Saturday for a wound redressing. It helps to take the pressure off A&E services. The bus from Mundesley is excellent as drops you right outside. It's not usually crowded, it's a quick, friendly and efficient service. More like it are needed in North Norfolk.

Calm atmosphere
15th August 2019I was recommended by my GP to attend minor injuries. The staff were very friendly and there was a surprisingly short waiting time to be seen. I knew about minor injuries through word of mouth which was also an important element to me going there. There is a calm atmosphere.

Slightly dismissive
25th July 2019I went to Cromer to get my hearing aids fitted, but within a week they weren't working properly. I went back to get them adjusted and they were slightly dismissive, plus the adjustments they made didn't make much of a difference. In the end I gave up and went private.

Extra chemo beds are brilliant
22nd July 2019The addition of some extra chemo beds at Cromer Hospital is brilliant news. We have needed something more local in Cromer for a long time - the next closest place is the N&N which is difficult to get to, especially when you're tired and ill!
