Cromer Hospital is based in Cromer on the North Norfolk coast and serves the North Norfolk population. The hospital provides a wide range of consultant-led outpatient services, day case operations and a Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) open seven days a week from 08.00am to 07.45pm.

First visit
28th February 2020It's my first time here, the only feedback I have so far is that the sign-in screen is quite hidden, especially when there's a long queue around reception. Other than that it's been nicer to come here rather than the N&N!

Can't find fault
28th February 2020Everything's been good whenever I've come here. Having local treatment is great, I can't find fault and the care is consistent. The only issue is the car park - I have a blue badge but people without a badge often park in the spaces. It needs checking more regularly, they need to monitor it

Very good
28th February 2020Very good - generally when I've come for appointments I've not had a long wait, the queue for blood tests can be a bit hit and miss but I don't see how else it could be managed. I try to just come at quieter times. Staff are always all very helpful. Considering the number of patients they have to deal with they do a terrific job. Personally I feel the more that can be moved to Cromer rather than the N&N the better!

No problems
28th February 2020No course for complaints - it's all satisfactory. My appointment was 10.40am, it's now 11.15am but I've got no problem with that. I wasn't told they were running late though. Staff are very helpful and as I would expect - no problems at all

All very easy
28th February 2020I've not been here before but have come for an ENT appointment for my daughter. It's all been very easy, everyone's been friendly and it's easy to know where you're going - there's good signage. The nurse was talking to my daughter and not just to me too which was good

28th February 2020It's all been fine, everyone is friendly and you get seen to quickly. I had an x-ray this morning which was good - the staff explained what was happening

100% positive experience
28th February 2020I've had a 100% positive experience here. I've used minor injuries in the past and was seen very quickly, and had a follow-up appointment 2 days after. Guy (the nurse I saw) was brilliant - he dressed my hand and got it sorted straight away and even gave me some spare dressings

Lovely staff
9th January 2020We have used the hospital for blood tests and also an x-ray - lovely staff, and really understanding with my husband who is nervous about blood tests. They were patient and coped with him well

Quick appointments and nice staff
8th January 2020I've always got on well here, I've used A&E and also got good treatment for my skin cancer. Everything was good - quick appointments and nice staff

Delightful
21st November 2019They're a sheer delight there - everyone is wonderful. I am seen for my hearing appointments, and it saves us the long journey to the N&N. I have been there twice with different problems and they have been able to resolve the issue both times
