I attended an appointment with the Pain Management Team at Cromer hospital yesterday. All the staff were friendly, efficient, and caring. The whole department seemed to work as a very effective team, and the overall impression was of support and respect, toward other staff, and patients. The procedure on my spine was carried out quickly, and painlessly. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. My local GP surgery had taken away a lot of my respect for the local NHS, but Cromer Hospital has restored it.
Got advised to go to Cromer minor injury’s from doctor. Got there and nurse was so rude told me because I don’t know how I done injury it can’t be an injury and didn’t look at me!
Why have a minor injuries unit when they don't see minor injuries? When a receptionist is triaging things are bad.

Everyone is friendly and efficient. They are all very professional. I was in and out very quickly.
I felt listened to and all my questions were answered.

I have had a very positive experience here today. My appointment was on time and I was given clear information and then given it in writing so I can go over it again when I get home.
I feel like today I have been given a solution to something that I have been seeing my GP for, for 2 years.

They always run on time, I was in and out within 5 minutes. The staff are always friendly and helpful, I have to come regularly and the receptionist and phlebotomist's are always kind. It has improved since they separated the GP and the hospital phlebotomy as you used to have to wait quite a while before being seen, but it is much quicker now.

They Look After You Here

On the whole I'd say it's great. They look after you here. I only live just up the road, so it's very convenient for me. Nothing is ever perfect, but I'd say Cromer Hospital is pretty good!

I've had to visit this hospital a lot over the years and it's excellent every time I come. Everyone is always friendly and they provide an excellent service. It's great and I can't fault it!
