  It's really good here, super in fact. I walk through the door and I'm straight in. I live close which makes a huge difference, much better than having to go to the NNUH in Norwich.

  I've never had any issues coming here. It is a very convenient location. The service always feels nice and personal. I can't think of anything I'd change to be honest. Every time I come I get really good service.

• Fantastic For Our Community

  It is a truly great local service. I think it's fantastic for our community. The care seems really personalised - you get to know all the staff and they know me - it's all just really great. My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase the services here. We need a full time consultant based here so more cancer treatment and services could be offered.

  It's our third visit to the macmillan centre now. They look after my mum well. They've been really good. They're patient with her and they've taken a lot of good care of her. Last time there was quite a long wait, it was an hour and a half which is a long time for my mum. Today was really quick though.

• Infection after surgery

  Turned up at 8 am on Saturday,I was told by 111 to attend Cromer due to infection after 2 assessments over the phone .the nurse on duty turned me away and didn't even look at infection thankgod I had a course of antibiotics.attended Norwich wound department today and they agreed I should of been seen at Cromer ,so I will now make a full complaint

• Friendly, efficient, caring

  I attended an appointment with the Pain Management Team at Cromer hospital yesterday. All the staff were friendly, efficient, and caring. The whole department seemed to work as a very effective team, and the overall impression was of support and respect, toward other staff, and patients. The procedure on my spine was carried out quickly, and painlessly. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. My local GP surgery had taken away a lot of my respect for the local NHS, but Cromer Hospital has restored it.

  Got advised to go to Cromer minor injury’s from doctor. Got there and nurse was so rude told me because I don’t know how I done injury it can’t be an injury and didn’t look at me!

• Turning patients away

  Why have a minor injuries unit when they don't see minor injuries? When a receptionist is triaging things are bad.

  Everyone is friendly and efficient. They are all very professional. I was in and out very quickly. I felt listened to and all my questions were answered.
