  Clean tidy ward, dedicated staff, good layout of ward. It would be good to have more staff to talk to patients about problems.

  Food is medium to good. Staff very good. Good experience on ward, not like a care home, this standard could be used in other places.

  Food quality 1st class, all nurses work very hard to make patients comfortable. More staff would be helpful to improve response times to bed alarms.

  I visit my friend here. They are flexible with visiting hours and I feel well communicated with. Although, they are short staffed so they won't get them out of bed if they need the toilet in the night. So people are scared to drink at certain times. They need more staff.

  I think the hospital is fine. I visit my friend here and think that they are well looked after. I am not informed about their care by the hospital but that's because I am their friend. The nurses are very friendly and I don't think there is anything the hospital could do to improve- I was pleasantly surprised!

  It is very good. The nursing staff are good and I have been communicated with well and kept updated. I don't think there is anything they could do to improve. I have seen lots of different health care settings and Dereham Hospital is very good!

  I am quite happy with the treatment and the staff. They communicate well and it's quite good here. They are very good where visiting is concerned and have been flexible with visiting times for me. I have no complaints.
