No Complaints
12th November 2021I've got no complaints. They're all nice to you here. My husband runs out of his medicine a lot and they always get the prescription filled for us ASAP. No problems at all here, I'm 100% pleased!

Willing To Listen
12th November 2021I really like the phlebotomist, we have a laugh together. Today a trainee doctor drew my blood. He was very nice and was very good at finding my vein. I think this surgery is a good one. I transferred here recently from a practice in the city and I was worried it wouldn't be as good. Everyone is very helpful and they're all willing to listen.

Rated "Outstanding" by the QCC
26th September 2020Using Covid 19 to do the absolute minimum but point them at a tick-list exercise like flu jabs or a bandwagon since as obesity, they will be all over it. The QCC extended the "Outstanding" rating indefinitely in January 2020 without re-inspecting. There is a lot of discontent and dissatisfaction among old people in particular, who think that the Practice motto is "Nothing Can BE Done".

See GP regularly since prostate cancer
5th February 2020I see my GP regularly and they check my bloods. I really can't fault them for checking on me and monitoring everything since I had prostate cancer.

Have to pay for ear syringing
3rd February 2020Apparently there is a charge £36 for ear syringing? It's not done in-house, they send you somewhere - but you have to pay for it. There's difficulty in getting an appointment but the infrastructure in Norfolk just isn't keeping pace. Once you get in to see the doctor they're very caring

Time it takes to get app puts me off going
26th September 2019I know they're really busy so I try not to go often. I know that it take 3/4 weeks to get an appointment. The wait puts me off going. There's just too many people for them to cope. I went with a growth on my face once because I know it was important to get it checked. I waited 45 minutes over my appointment time and was only in there 10 minutes and she said it would just drop off. For urgent appointments they will fit you in on the same day as they have a triage system. However with the triage system you have to talk about your symptoms in the waiting room and sometimes that can be a little embarrassing.

Excellent surgery
26th September 2019The surgery is excellent. Very friendly, professional and efficient. This is the general feel from the feedback we get as a PPG too. There's been a change in doctors recently with a number of doctors retiring but it's not impacted on the doctor/patient relationship. They're also very good with me as a patient. I regularly go to them to explain the treatment I've had at the hospital. I had an operation at the hospital and it was only when I went to see my doctor that they fully explained the pain I felt after the operation. Most of my answers on illnesses and concerns have come from my doctor. Norfolk and Norwich have carried out tests but haven't really explained much to me - whereas my doctor takes the time to explain it to me.

Problem getting appointment with my doctor
27th August 2019I have problems getting an appointment with a doctor I want. I have preferred doctors who I like to see and it's difficult to get to see them, sometimes I have to wait a month to see them. Other than that, I get a good service and I have no complaints.

Excellent surgery
27th August 2019It's very local to me and is convenient to get to. I receive good care (exemplary!) and the doctors and staff are excellent - even reception are nice! Everyone is very approachable. They talk about your whole experience and take a more holistic approach which is great. The surgery is generally clean but the garden can get tatty and the paths can get overgrown. This isn't a problem until you get older people like my mum who are already unsteady on here feet so it's something worth keeping in mind.
