  My doctor was fantastic. He reminded me about my kidney problem, which means he had actually read my notes. Very impressed.

  It can be a three week wait for appointments. The care varies depending on who you see. Some are more receptive than others but they are all generally okay.

  I was told by GP that they weren't referring to CAMHS as the service was at breaking point. I was offered another service which i said I'd already been in touch with and we didn't meet their criteria. No alternative was given for my child with autism.

  I often see the practice nurse so I can be seen straight away. They get in touch with me about results and follow up. The only issue I've had is when a member of staff told me to go for a hearing test, but didn't give me a referral, had to return to get one.

  My elderly mother uses this surgery and they are fantastic. Never a long wait for appointments. They helped my mother move to the surgery, after being told she could no longer use her previous surgery. The staff are very good.

  I find them very pleasant and easy to deal with. They've referred me to the NNUH for a throat examination. Don't often see the same GP but that doesn't bother me.

  Overall I think the surgery is okay. I did have an issue last year, I approached my GP with anxiety and agoraphobia. I was waiting 4/5 weeks to hear back. I went back to the surgery and was told they'd forgotten to refer me. They didn't want to give me any pills for it and told me to use the Wellbeing service.

  You do have a longer and longer wait for a specific doctor. But in emergency you can get it a walk-in on the day. Referrals into the hospital are quick.
