    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. Please note that due to Technical Faults outside of our control, the ability to use the communication portal has been unavailable for the past 3 days which has affected 20 practices in Norwich. We have been advised that the company responsible are trying hard to rectify the problem. Our phones lines are open from 8am - 18.30pm Monday to Friday and we are trying our very best to assist our patients demand for appointments during this time.
