This pharmacy was great when my mother had to change her surgery. They collect the prescriptions and deliver them. They helped me sort out her medication during the change over period which was a big help.

Slow and occasionally rude

It depends on what time you go in and who's working but the staff can be rude. It's often slow. If I need a prescription I will usually go elsewhere as it's quicker.

Delays in new prescription system

I recently completed the survey on the new computerised repeat prescription service. Today Saturday I was surprised to be asked if my wife and I could wait until Monday for our repeat meds which were ordered online on Tuesday and should have been available yesterday according to the computer system. I was told the pharmacy was two days behind with orders. I agreed as we had sufficient tablets but do wonder why the new system is so much slower than the previous system of picking up a prescription from the surgery and then taking it to a pharmacy.
