cancellations
29th December 2021I have been having problems with a back tooth, which started in January 2021, I managed to see the dentist in March 2021, and was told that if I had more problems with the tooth, to get in touch with them, and I would be able to see the dentist !!, how wrong they are. I phoned the marham dentist again in November 2021, and explained that I was having problems again with the back tooth, and was given an appointment for 2 days later, I was just getting ready for the drive to marham, when I got a phone call to say that it had been cancelled, but that another appointment had been made for me, to attend 4 weeks later, which, was after, christmas, even though I said I was having problems again with my tooth, the person didn't seem at all interested, or any sympathy for the pain and problems with the tooth. However, the person said that if I was to pay, then I could be seen asap, but I explained that I'm on a low income, and cannot afford to pay. I was given another appointment for January 2022, but I think by the time comes for the appointment, I will most probably have pulled the tooth out !!. All I can say, is, off you have money, you will get the treatment you need, otherwise they no sympathy for people like me, on a low income.

Registered but can't be seen
8th March 2021We recently moved into the area and registered with Marham dental practice my husbands crown has come off and as it anchors his dental plate he’s finding it hard to eat . We rang Marham to be told we only partially registered as we not have assessment and cannot do so until end of June , they can’t see him at all and neither can any other Nhs dentist so had to go private which is £70 before they even look that’s before treatment costs this really isn’t good enough we should be able to see an NHS dentist t can’t just be COVID restrictions as there seems to be no restrictions on seeing a private dentist
