All patient requests for appointments, or patients seeking help for a medical issue are triaged by our clinical team, led by a Duty Doctor, to ensure that patients are seen by the most appropriate clinician.

    Thank you for your feedback. We were pleased to hear that you were happy with the care received at your recent appointment at the Practice. We are working to make the online access via our website easier to use. Our appointment request form opens each weekday (excluding bank Holidays) at 6.00am. In the event that the form is not available, and you have an urgent matter to raise with the Practice during our opening hours, then please do telephone us and we will always do our best to help.

    Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced difficulties in obtaining an appointment. Our appointment request form on our website usually opens at 6am on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays), and is available until 10.30am, unless the Practice is experiencing exceptionally high demand on that day. After 10.30am on weekdays, or, on days of exceptionally high demand, where the appointment request form is not available, if you have an urgent request then our telephone lines are open from 8.30am until 6.30pm.
