  I found it very difficult to locate the area to request a routine appointment. Ended up filling in wrong form!

  I have used the NHS app for some time now to order repeat prescription riptions, covid status for travel etc. to great effect. However, it now does not let me order repeat prescriptions so I have to travel a couple of miles to put in the paper version. I asked parish fields why this was so and they tried to fix to no avail. I have informed nhs technical of this. I was recommended by staff to use the parish fields Web site. I have never seen a more useless and non transparent website. Not easy to navigate and the things you want on the main page (book appointment etc) are buried many layers down. So many pop ups that you can't get rid of and no, nobody wants blasted cookies.

  I have been trying to contact the surgery via their preferred method, their online form for over a week. Some days, for whole days it simply says "form unavailable" Day after day. It seems that when they don't want to be troubled with patients they simply switch it off, it's the digital equivalent of locking the doors and hiding. It probably makes their stats look better.

  your web page is abysmal and non user friendly the cynic in me believes that it has been deliberately designed to keep people away. I have an overdue annual assessment after eventually getting to the right section the web site says that I cannot ask for a routine non emergency appointment after 10.30 in the morning or to ring have you tried ringing the practice.?

  Recently I was able to get a GP appointment, which was good. But it would be better if they addressed the following: 1. Simplified the online form. 2. Had the ability to book routine future appointments, things you don't need to be same day appointments. 3. Be able to see the same GP for the same issue, so you don't have to keep retelling the same story to multiple people.
