  I have recently had a cataracts op here. Staff are wonderful and I had a wonderful team caring for me that worked well together. I have to say it was quite a laugh to be honest.

  I was referred here for my cataracts. The surgeon was fantastic, he came out and introduced himself and put me at ease. I had laser treatment and it went very well. It was brilliant and I have no complaints.

  They have just joined with Newmarket Road surgery, they're very good. They are good on the phone. They got me a hospital referral within 10 days. The receptionists are great and the new joined up surgeries means extended opening hours and access to lots of other services.

  They don't always understand your point of view, but they do listen. I have an annual check-up and blood test with the nurse.

  Since they've amalgamated you have to go in a queuing system but if you really need an appointment you will get one. The duty doctor will always call you back.

  I've been with this surgery at different locations since I was 5. My husband was dying of cancer and they were fantastic. Also when I had breast cancer, the staff were and are fantastic.

  I've never had the slightest bit of problem. They are always brilliant, I can usually always see a doctor. But if I can't then someone will call me back. They're always extremely helpful.

  I've been using the practice for 15 years. No complaints really, you will have to wait nowadays for an appointment but that's not unique to this place, I think that's nearly every surgery.

  Overall the practice is good, I don't often have any issues. I did have an issue today though. I am half way through my last packet of birth control pills, so was due to have a yearly review. I asked to see a female nurse or GP. The receptionist was very rude and said that a male GP can do the review, I don't feel like I should have to justify myself if I want to see a female member of staff.
