  Lens replenishment was first class. 10 minutes each eye, very straight forward procedure and has been amazing. I can see amazing colours now!

  I was referred here by my doctor for minor surgery at N2S on my wrist. It took me a little while (around 8 months) to get the appointment. The actual appointment itself was very quick - I was in and out the building within 20 minutes. Although efficiency is good this almost felt too rushed. I did have a follow up appointment after the procedure though to ensure it was healing well.

  It's difficult to get an appointment. I rang last Friday and only got an appointment over 7 days later. Rang with a follow up from the hospital and still have to wait over a week for an appointment. I'm not aware of there being any out of hours services either. The staff are fine once you're there though.

  Dear Patient We operate a balance between offering same day/urgent appointments and routine capacity. As the latest research shows an average of 28 days wait for a non-urgent appointment for GP in England, we would say that our seven day response rate is one of the best in the country. However, we are always working on the model and attempting to make it as responsive as possible. Thank you

  If I need to be seen I'm always offered an emergency appointment or phone consultation. I've had ongoing health issues and they've been really supportive. They organised an emergency syringe driver for my pain. The Drs and Nurses have been really good

  I'd go as far as to say it's perfect. The doctors are good, nurses are good, receptionists are helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend.

  I don't like going to St Stephen's. They play pop music in the waiting area, which I don't find very relaxing. I think they're not organised very well either, sometimes I wait a long time for my appointment.

  They've really been wonderful, they've really helped me manage my ankle ulcer, which has been a bit of a horrible experience. Nice surgery, lovely people, especially my doctor. I don't have any trouble making an appointment with the nurses, but sometimes the doctors take a couple weeks, but that's just because they're so busy.

  Always been fine. Husband had TIA, and over the last few months we've been seen by doctor who had been working at a TIA clinic in Ipswich, so he had good knowledge. If I need an emergency appointment I can get seen on the same day which is very good. I've always gone to this surgery and not had a problem.
