    Thank you for your feedback, sorry that you have been unable to get a same-day appointment, our Urgent Care Team offer a number of same-day appointments which are available to book until the list is full - we do advise patients to call as soon as they can to book a same-day appointment.     Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to learn that your appointment was cancelled. Our Nursing Team advise that Diabetes Reviews can be done over the phone and we have blood pressure machines at the surgery that patients can use or those with home blood pressure machines are able to give us the readings during a telephone appointment. I apologise this was not explained to you when your appointment was rescheduled. If you wish to discuss the matter further, please do not hesitate to contact the Practice and ask for me.
