  My doctor is always very good. She’s welcoming, helpful and easy to talk. My only problem is it’s sometimes hard to get an appointment.

  My registered GP is just amazing and is really caring I see that he works really hard and is always there to listen and gives me some really good information I wouldn't know what to do without good people like him and I see that he has a passion in his career and I know it is not easy and pressure can build up but in honesty he is such a legend

  I contacted Nelson to book an appointment and they were able to fit me in at Lighthouse which was very straight forward. The phone system takes a long time. It's difficult for me because I work 6 days a week so trying to fit it in is hard. The staff are very pleasant though, it's nice and clean and I'm happy with the care. Everything is very professional.

  They listen to what I say and the staff are very friendly. I've always been happy coming here, I wouldn't change a thing.

  The waiting time when you're in is very good, I was seen in 2 minutes. Getting in can be hard though, it feels like you need to make an appointment before you're ill, it's quite a long wait.

  Booking over the phone is good, it could be quicker but it's not really a big issue.

  The doctors and nurses are always very good. The only problem is that sometimes getting an appointment can take time, sometimes you have to wait 30 minutes. You used to be able to walk in to book an appointment and sit in the waiting room.

  I go for regular appointments and it's good when you get to see a doctor. I get on well with the receptionists and have been coming since the surgery opened.

  No problem making appointments. The phones are good, sometimes I have to wait 10-15 minutes. It's a really great surgery, I've been a patient here a long time.
