    Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you have waited a year to access counselling. Your feedback regarding our communication is very much appreciated. We are aware that waiting times for treatment are far from ideal and do our best to ensure that we stay in regular contact with those who are waiting for our support.     Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and we were sorry to read that you did not find the service helpful. The Wellbeing Service offers a range of different support options and workshops is only one of these. It is of concern to read that this was the only option offered to you. As feedback on this site is anonymous, it is not possible for us to look into this further. If you would like to contact us on 0300 123 1503, we would be keen to discuss this with you. As you can see from our website www.wellbeingnands.co.uk, the service offers workshops, telephone talking therapy, online support packages and face to face sessions.
