    If you have an issue please contact me so that I can look into it as I am not sure when this issue happened. We are not able to issue antibiotics without an appointment and receptionists only follow the instructions from the partners re triage. Unfortunately our appointments are very booked up and you do have to wait a few days unless urgent. Our telephone calls are recorded so I should be able to follow this through if you contact me. thank you

    Thank you for your comments. We have two very experienced Nurse Practitioners who are able to deal with most things. If they think you need a GP they will either book you in or initially get a GP to call you. If the GP then thinks you need to be seen by them they would book you in for an appointment.

    Thank you for your review. If, after speaking to a doctor or nurse on the phone, they feel you need to be seen you will be booked in for a face to face appointment. We have opened our door again now but obviously there is a lot of covid still around so we do have to be careful.
