  I started taking Warfarin and had some problems while I was down here on holiday. Walked in this practice and they were really good. Took my blood etc and liaised with my local hospital in Sheffield to get me the results.

  Very small and intimate practice, which I think is lovely. Only ever had to wait two or three days for an appointment. Great doctors here. I moved away recently and have joined a different surgery.

  My GP has always been able to identify any problems and help me. Nurses have changed over the years, but they have always been lovely, along with the reception staff. I have never been upset or made to feel bad. No complaints

• When I need it, it's very good

  I don't have to come here very often, however when I need it, it's very good. I often come in and see the nurse for bruises, but not much else.

  You can always get an appointment here. My daughter has to wait 3 weeks at hers but here its fine and they can always fit you in.

  They are all very pleasant and helpful. If they can help you in any way they will. You can get an appointment when you need and, if not that day, then the following day. Don't have to wait like at other practices.

  Thankfully I don't have to come here very often. But I know that when I do it's a good service. I know all the staff here and have never had any issues.

  They are friendly and efficient and good with kids. I do feel the automatic door can be a problem though, as if you're waiting in there a while and the kids get restless they can start running out into in the car park.

  I know all the staff here and they do their best in difficult circumstances. On the whole, getting appointments is ok.

  Appointments are always on time. I am always offered lots of support. I find the communication is excellent. I've recently had blood tests following on from ongoing health issues over the last 10 years. They always update me with what's going on.
