I've been trying to get an appointment about my constant pain for the last 18mths-2yrs. When you phone you just can't get through and you can't book online.

You can't see a doctor or it takes three weeks to get in and see a trainee. Then you're rushed in and out - they told they can only see patients for three minutes and you're only allowed to mention one thing per appointment. The people there are friendly though.

They're really good. The only thing is the 8am phone call to book an appointment.

The pharmacist knew the condition the doctor missed

I had tests for carpal tunnel and it was missed, I saw the head chemist and she said it's carpal tunnel. I had another test 8 months after the first one and was diagnosed with that. I feel it might have been sorted if he'd caught it earlier so I'd give that doctor one star. I've got a bad pain between my shoulders and the doctor kept telling me it's a pulled muscle but now I know it's nerve damage. I've only had proper painkillers for it for the last three months as they said it was a pulled muscle. It's hard to see a doctor anyway, I see the physio and chemist. If it wasn't for the chemist there I'd have been worse.

I went to collect a prescription. It was wrong, so they got it changed & it was still wrong! Mistakes may happen, but should it take close to an hour & 3 goes to get a prescription, right?

I develop ecema 3 years ago in my case i have a bakers cyst. This started in covid when i had a bad leg ulcer a result in scrating. this then lead to nurse care the only gp intervention was a head around the door and just ask for antibiotics. every issue sent to a nurse. My skin problems are worse now and the nurse has a me to see a doctor to get sent to the clinic . I went to reception to book a slot the only one is over a mouth away which i have taken. the other option is to phone at 08.00 in the scramble in appointments. why sytem online is not in use is a worry.

The physio I saw today was brilliant, I am very happy with the treatment plan that has been set up. I only booked this appointment last week so it was not a long wait. Last week I had a same day doctors appointment which was good.

Not been here long but so far so good.
When you ring to do get to speak to someone not an automated system.
All the staff seem very helpful. I saw a Dr last week and then a few days later they rang to check up on me which I thought was great service.
