At here and Acle, everyone is fantastic. I have to come here 2 to 3 times a week and they know me, the minute I walk in they call me by my name.
I f I am not doing something right they offer me support and encouragement. It feels like I have someone in my corner which in invaluable.
Everyone is friendly but a special mentions to Kay on reception, Nurse Cait, Phlebotomist Lisa and Dr Simon Morris

We are very lucky to have this surgery in the village, it is so handy if you have to pop in for prescriptions. The people here are friendly, professional and efficient. The Acle branch is good too.

I don't have to come very often but when I do everyone is so nice. They are always quick, efficient and friendly.
It is handy that it is here, I sometimes have to go to the Acle branch which is also good but here is just so much more convenient. The appointment for my blood teat today can through within 2 weeks.

Yes, it's always been fine for me. They're always trying to be obliging.
They always do their best. They have a difficult job, especially the receptionists.
I would say the time frame for waiting for an appointment could be better. It would be good if there were more staff here to do the smaller jobs, like blood tests, so we don't have to get the bus to the NNUH.
Under the circumstances though, I give it a five.

Utterly brilliant. They've done everything my wife and I need. We have never found them wanting. They've responded so quickly to my current needs and liaised rapidly with the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.

It's brilliant. They are accommodating. It's really good. The only problem is getting the appointment. It takes too long. But the staff are all brilliant.

The care is excellent. The doctors are very, very good.
I have no concerns with the receptionists but I know people who do. I hear that sometimes they don't understand the needs of people.
I don't have a problem although I'm surprised by the number of people who work here. I suppose a lot of them are part time.
I'm seeing a very good doctor at the moment.

It was very good today. All I've done is make an appointment today. The receptionist booked an appointment for me with someone who specialises in my issue and the appointment is for sooner than I was expecting!

It's fine. I think the staff are wonderful and helpful. They're just so giving. My only concern is getting an appointment. It can take three weeks. But anything else, it's absolutely brilliant.

I've always found it to be a very good surgery, but it's different now. The doctors used to know you by name but it's not the same now. That's progress I suppose. Perhaps we need more money sactive on it. They need more staff.
