I am not prone to leaving reviews for anything, let alone NHS Services, but my father has recently moved to this practice as he lives in a local care home, and this surgery has been incredible! They are so kind, and very responsive. I cannot fault them. I just wish I came under their catchment area, as it is not my experience with my own GP surgery.

The appointment today has been fine. It was on time, no waiting. I got four reminders on the NHS app! One would have been enough. The care was good today, can't complain.

I'm here collecting some items for my mother. They're very helpful in there!

It's fine. Nice people here, pleasant. The care is excellent by doctors and nurses. The only bugbear is that there are not a lot of parking spaces!

I collect my pills here once a month and they are always ready for me. I have to remember to reorder each time. There is never an issue on collection though

The best phlebotomist around! Very good, very nice. All the staff are nice.

It's 100%. I always request it over Acle. There is a particular phlebotomist here that we request. I couldn't fault it today. The appointment was quick and on time. They're always good here. They could do with a few more chairs in the waiting room.

It's fine. I come up to drop my prescription off and it all gets sorted out. I get appointments here and it all goes smoothly. It's difficult to see a doctor; sometimes you see a nurse and I'm normally okay with that. I do think it's all going online too much for people my age. We feel like we're being left behind.

Good and handy to have. It's close. Appointments have been fine.
