Acle Medical Partnership

I went to the GP with sight problems and was given a form to fill in my blood pressure as she told us she was going on holiday for two weeks. I still had problems so I went to the opticians who told me it wasn't a sight issue, it was my brain. I went back to the doctors another two times and was dismissed. Finally I went to the hospital and was told I'd been having a stroke for the last three weeks! There was a huge clot on my brain. I'd been having rare but typical symptoms that were missed by ... the GP.

Breach GDPR and hand your details out to strangers. Don't call when they say they will. Provide misinformation. The worst GP around.

I am not prone to leaving reviews for anything, let alone NHS Services, but my father has recently moved to this practice as he lives in a local care home, and this surgery has been incredible! They are so kind, and very responsive. I cannot fault them. I just wish I came under their catchment area, as it is not my experience with my own GP surgery.

The best phlebotomist around! Very good, very nice. All the staff are nice.

It's fine. I come up to drop my prescription off and it all gets sorted out. I get appointments here and it all goes smoothly. It's difficult to see a doctor; sometimes you see a nurse and I'm normally okay with that. I do think it's all going online too much for people my age. We feel like we're being left behind.

It's 100%. I always request it over Acle. There is a particular phlebotomist here that we request. I couldn't fault it today. The appointment was quick and on time. They're always good here. They could do with a few more chairs in the waiting room.

It's fine. Nice people here, pleasant. The care is excellent by doctors and nurses. The only bugbear is that there are not a lot of parking spaces!

I'm here collecting some items for my mother. They're very helpful in there!

I come up here with my husband quite a bit. It's a lovely surgery. Appointment availability here is difficult sometimes. The doctor here manages my husband's symptoms but it's difficult to get an appointment. That's my only criticism.

I collect my pills here once a month and they are always ready for me. I have to remember to reorder each time. There is never an issue on collection though
