The staff are all so accommodating, all so friendly and on hand to help. I've never had a bad experience here. The most I have had to wait for my appointment in the waiting room is 5 minutes. It's also been easy to get an appointment.

It's excellent, very good. I had a blood test today and it was good as usual.

I can't fault the surgery, I always manage to get an appointment and see someone. Sometimes it's a doctor and sometimes a nurse practitioner, the nurse practitioners are always good.

I'm sick of telephone appointments, I prefer face to face. I have now managed to get a face to face appointment this week.
It's worse with the little one. You call, you get a telephone appointment, then they decide they need to see you but none of it seems to get anything done for her.
When we called 111 they told us to contact the GP and so we started the circle again. It's difficult and frustrating.

Overall though it is good.

I do find them good and I have just got an appointment with the doctor. I do find them good. I would say though that after discharge from hospital we felt a bit left with no reassurance from the GP.

I phoned this morning and got an appointment and was seen within one and half hours of making the call. A prescription was then sent straight through to the pharmacy and I'm now going home with everything sorted. It all happened so quickly.

It's brilliant. I only phone them when I need them. Brilliant service. Really helpful. They're amazing I would recommend them. There is a relatively new system on the phone, whereby you get a call back so you don't have to wait on the phone.

Absolutely brilliant. I've had a lot of problems. I can't fault the wonderful service. You can see somebody pretty quickly and you can speak to somebody on the phone. I'm well, well pleased.

It's been okay. Occasionally they get things wrong. Generally it's okay. The care is very good. I'll be back soon for various checks. Generally it's not too bad. When you ring up, you wait for a long time.
