Manager was so rude, Zero Customer Care
Had eye test today and a lovely assistant helped me select Tom Ford frames for bifocal lenses. As I was leaving the manager informed me I hadn't bought glasses for years and over heard I was going to buy frames on line (I was, custom made Ray Ban frames), still needed lenses!!!! I need 3 pairs of glasses to support my needs.

He then informed me he was discharging me and would no longer carry out my annual eye test (glaucoma risk). Well there are good reasons for not purchasing glasses from thi ... s shop, historic pushy sales assistant who did not listen ! Shop didn't have frames I liked and as today confirmed today, customer care severely lacking.

The optometrist was brilliant, the sales assistant was great, the manager clearly has issues!!!!!

Excellent Opticians
First when here after having issues with Specsavers. Came here for 2nd opinion around 6 years ago and never looked back. Optician excellent, service very good. Would never go anywhere else from now!
