Paston Surgery

All of the details are generally concise and my questions are answered satisfactorily. The perennial thing of getting appointments is not what it used to be but you get here and the waiting room is empty.
Continuity is questionable, I've only ever seen my doctor twice in 15 years. I've been happy with who I have been appointed to but again, it's not like it was when I was younger, they could make observations from knowing you and not just reading it off a screen.

Every time I come it's quick and efficient. They're pleasant to deal with and always have a smiley face. They've dealt with my problems more than 100% and I can't fault them in that respect

Very friendly, generally you can get an appointment. It isn't 5 stars as it can be difficult to get an appointment due to the triage system. They're looking after me. You don't generally see a doctor you see a nurse practitioner who might refer you.

Perfectly happy, I like the online consultations and being able to access my medical records. I can order my medication online and collect it from boots which works quite well. The staff are all very pleasant.
However, the patient toilet is filthy, the toilet is filthy, the basin is filthy, the paint is dirty. The whole place needs redecorating buy the toilet needs a good clean. It's not dirt that has happened over night.

You can't get through on the phone, they put you on hold and you wait for 20 minutes and when you press the button to get a call back you don't get it. It's gone downhill in the last couple of years. Some is good, some is bad. Some of the staff are magic. But sometimes they think that I don't know what I need, but I do because the consultants told me.

They're just brilliant in there I think. My husband passed away but he had all of his treatment here and they were marvellous. They do a good job under difficult circumstances.

Generally very good. I think it's possibly due to pressures but I have found that sometimes things can go adrift, I had a prescription that I requested and then it disappeared off the system and my husband was supposed to get a call back and never did.

The best surgery I've ever been to. I recommend it to anyone I know who is moving into the area. The staff are lovely and friendly. I've never had a problem.

Never had no trouble with them, they're always on the ball. The car park isn't big enough.

The only tricky bit, but it's an issue across the board, is the long wait on the phone. The staff are all very nice, I see the nurses more than doctors but they are very punctual and you're never waiting for an appointment. I've never had cause to complain, they're pretty good overall and they try to help as much as they can. I'm pretty happy with the surgery.
