Long wait times in North Norfolk
30th September 2019The wait times where I live in North Norfolk are very long, I was once waiting an hour when I cracked my head open. They did tell my friend who called that there was going to be a wait, and I know it's not their fault directly.

Very reassuring staff
23rd September 2019We have had the ambulance out a few times and have always been satisfied - they offer an excellent service and always are very reassuring.

Wait times a real issue
23rd August 2019The worst problem in Wells for healthcare is wait times for an ambulance: I was once waiting with a broken hip for an hour and a half before help arrived

Poor response rates in Wells
23rd August 2019Response rates in Wells-Next-The-Sea and the surrounding areas are the worst in the UK in terms of the time it takes to get an ambulance to us. Why can't there be ambulances based at the Community hospital?

Excellent care
19th August 2019The paramedics were excellent and took a lot of care and time with me. They wanted to take me to hospital but I chose to stay at home.

No clear notes left of care
29th July 2019We called 111 regarding my late father's health at his end of life. Paramedics came out but no notes were left regarding the drugs they administered. He died shortly after and the police had to get involved because there was no record of what medication he had.

Brilliant
18th June 2019I called 111 for medical advice and was advised that an ambulance would be sent. Within half an hour I was taken to hospital with chest pains. The staff on the ambulance were kind, caring and made myself and my wife feel in very safe hands. I feel incredibly lucky to have experienced this kind of care.

Very grateful but...
31st May 2019I have been in and out of hospital a lot with chest pains in the last couple of years, and I am very grateful for everything the ambulance service has done for me. Whenever I call an ambulance they always take me to James Paget Hospital because it's slightly closer to where I live. However, for the last 10 years I have been treated at the N&N for my heart problems. Wouldn't it make more sense for me to be taken to the N&N when I need an ambulance because they know me and my condition over there?

23rd May 2019My wife had a stroke and they were there within minutes. Can't fault them at all.

Not enough paramedics
7th February 2019I was left laying on a cold floor for 4 hours, there are obviously not enough paramedics.
