  This surgery is just abut the most inept have ever encountered. Turn up for bookings and they don't have you booked in. Doctor supposed to ring you and he doesn't. Booking cancelled and the don't ring back to re-book as they said they would. Send you to A & E, on arrival at A & E are told you shouldn't be here.

  i have numerous operations on my lower back ,and my condition has deteriorated i tried ringing but always long queue ,tried using web site but consulting room has been removed and never any appointments .

  Dear Mr Williams. We welcome all feedback into the practice for training and learning purposes. I have reviewed the consulting room being turned off and am pleased to confirm that the form itself is only switched off from Fridays at 6pm to Monday at 8am for patient safety as the practice does not operate during those times. The website has recently updated to have an \"appointments\" box rather than consulting room to make the interface more user friendly. I am sorry to hear that you feel the service you received was substandard and it was difficult to obtain an appointment with us.   Haven't been able to see a doctor face to face for over 2 years now. Why are they still hiding? Items often missed from repeat prescriptions. App doesn't work properly. Phone up and have to listen to a 3 minute recording before you get through to find out you're 18th in the queue and never an available appointment within 4 weeks.

• Worst doctors Surgry I’ve ever been to.

  Drs just fob you off and don’t actually help with anything they just send me to a pharmacy even though I’ve not slept in 2 weeks and having panic attacks every day too and they told me to speak to a pharmacist. It’s actually shocking. I’ve never been so upset in my life. It’s actually disgusting

• Inability to book appointment in advance

  Despite getting through to the surgery at exactly 8.30 on my 1 day off and being advised I’d have a call back in the morning it is now 12.37! No call back! Not being able to book an appointment around work hours an issue for me and I’m sure for others !Receptionists lovely but seriously thinking of registering elsewhere!

• Excellent doctors and staff

  The doctors and staff are doing an excellent job under the current circumstances. The forms on line are easy to fill in and I have never had to wait more than two hours for a response. No one wants to pass COVID on to the staff so if we can be dealt with over the phone so much the better. I had a face to face appointment when it was needed and was treated with kindness and professionalism. Please , Grove, don’t be downhearted with all of the negative response.

• Trying to get my 2 year old seen and sorted

  I tried getting my daughter seen Friday after visiting a pharmacy who advised me a doctor needs to see her the receptionist then was very rude and told me “if I’ve seen the pharmacist why didn’t they give me something” I was then told to send a picture threw email and told again to go to a pharmacy. My daughter is 2 and a pharmacist is not allowed to give her what she needs due to her age and needs to be seen by a doctor, I finally got an appointment today and was left waiting for 40 minutes my daughters prescription is still not ready or even been signed for by the doctor to go through

  Iv been waiting a yr for my doctor to tell me I have an endometrial polyp. I only learnt I had one because it was on my NHS app. I saw a private GYN as it was causing me pain & she wrote my Dr a letter asking him to refer me as it needed taking out to NO response. I called the surgery time and time again to see if he'd referred me which he had not. Then I get a call saying it was in the system finally 1 yr and a month later and after a privet GYN doctor wrote a letter to him. I call the hospital to see what kind of time line I'm looking at as I need to start IVF but can't untill the polyp is out to be told there is no referral in the system for me at all. I called the doctors surgery again and I'm still waiting .

  Have been trying to see a doctor for three weeks with no success. Went to the surgery as I was desperate for help. Not one person would help me !!!! What has gone wrong here as they were always a caring concern ????
