    Thank you or your feedback. I was sorry to hear that you had found it difficult to access an appointment with a GP. As a result of patient feedback we introduced a new appointment system in January 2018. This is also now complemented by a new improved telephone system. Any patient requiring access to a GP is asked call any weekday between 8.30 and 10am. The GP will call you back the same day and will either meet your needs by telephone or arrange for you to attend the practice at a convenient time to complete the assessment and consultation. If you have an urgent need after 10 am, reception will arrange for the duty GP to call and discuss your needs. Patient feedback regarding the new appointment system has been very positive and I do hope that you will find this also next time you need to access our services.
