    Dear Anonymous Several clinical services use Town Close Clinic for appointments and so without knowing which service you were referred into we are unable to direct you to a specific team leader to share your experiences. Quote reference HW 16-18 You can tell our PALs colleagues more about your situation and they will be able to give you advice or liaise with the service you are accessing to see how we can best support you.
