  They are always available when you need them. I have been with then 12 years and never had any problems with them. If there is no appointments the Doctor will phone me. The staff are always great. The only negative thing is the long phone message when you ring.

• Staff are amazing

  The staff are amazing and doing all they can but there is a problem with the system, it is down at the moment so I cannot get my medication.

• Outstanding GP

  We have been really impressed with the service provided by Dr Harper on numerous occasions, she is an outstanding GP, most recently managing to fit our six month old baby in at the end of her day and solving the problem within 24hours. Dr Harper is always caring and nothing seems like too much trouble despite how busy they must be!

• Ongoing review of my mother

  Dr F...e has been so very helpful and understanding towards my mother. Last week we attended for a review. She listened, checked and encouraged. She also went as far as finding the right flu vaccine and gave it even though mums appointment to have it wasn't booked until November. Been with this practise for 60+ years. Always found them helpful, willing and available. I've worked as a community nurse myself and there is no comparison to other surgeries in the area for answering the phones within a reasonable time and offering appointment's likewise. • They have looked after my mother so well.

  I have just written the practice manager a letter to say how wonderful they all are and to say thank you. I don't live locally but they have looked after my mother so well. Everyone has been so good.

  It's always been good here, been with this practice 68 years. The doctors are nice and everyone is helpful and friendly. All my family think it's great to.

• Can't see what else they could do

  Can't see what else they could do. Been with this practice for 40 years and I am very happy with the doctors and the reception staff are very good. Today was excellent, there was a 40 minute time difference between mine and my wife's appointments but once she was done they saw me, so I am in and out with a trip to the pharmacy before my appointment time, you can't grumble at that.

• The Doctors are Lovely

  I think all the doctors are lovely, I never feel like they're treating me like an idiot. I feel listened to. I went recently with an issue and they picked up my problem immediately and I was sent for tests right away. I do find that sometimes it can be a bit hard to get an appointment, the phone system is very long winded. However, I always get a call back from the doctor when they say they will and then I am often invited to go in to see them face to face.

  Over the few weeks before my father passed away we received excellent care and support from everyone. The reception staff always took time to understand and always involved a doctor when they felt it was needed. The doctors, 3 were involved, were all superb, always taking time to visit, or call or speak with us as required, kept in contact with the community care and nursing team, and made sure we understood what was happening and what was needed. The pharmacy, although not strictly part of the practice, also deserve praise as they always had the many prescriptions ready and waiting and clearly had some understanding of what we were going through.
