  My husband and I went to see the GP for something minor a while ago, and as we were walking down the corridor after the appointment, he called us back because he noticed that my husband was walking slightly off-kilter. He suspected that it might be early signs of Parkinson's, and he was completely right. We were thankful that he spotted the symptoms early - and at a completely unrelated appointment! My husband now sees him every three months and he's been nothing but good the whole time.

  They are very quick to pick up on things and get me referred. They are very caring and helpful.

  Brilliant surgery, good service here. Yesterday I phoned in the morning and got an appointment for half an hour later with my own GP, who is great.

• Doctors are great when you see them

  The doctors when you see them are great. It's just getting an appointment to see a particular doctor that is the issue.

  It's easy to get an appointment and staff are friendly. Doctors are great. They are under a lot of pressure but I have a lot of empathy for public services. Staff are very friendly and professional.

  The doctors are brilliant. They have sent through urgent referrals for mental health support for my son. They are very supportive. They were unhappy with how CAMHS dealt with my son so put through another request on our behalf.

• Great GP

  I think it's a great GP. Twice in the past year they have kept the surgery open after it was due to close so my husband could go in and see a doctor. The first time, he had pneumonia and went straight to hospital. They have a superb triage system at this surgery. The only issue is the parking, which is awful.

  They are brilliant. They listen to you when you go in. They always say hello, they listen to you. They are all consistently good. If you want an appointment at 8 in the morning then the doctor can call you back to check what's wrong. Can always speak to your doctor that day.

  I attended physio at this practice following ongoing back injuries. They were very good. They gave me exercises to do for my back while I'm at home and it helped a lot. It was very useful.
