    Thank you very much for your feedback. It is good to know you have found us to be caring and helpful. Unfortunately we took the decision not to receive messages out of hours, as previously some messages which had been left were urgent in nature and had been left when the practice was closed. We feel this would compromise patient safety. I will look at the set up of our messages again and make sure patients are told if there is a reply waiting. Thanks again for taking the time to contact us and letting us know of this problem.
