  I moved last year to the area and I can honestly say dr Morris is the most amazing man he listens he cares his bedside manner is second to none I honestly don’t have the words for this doctor. The whole surgery from reception to pharmacy is amazing I always know whether it is me or my children I’m taking to the doctors I will/ we will get what we need Thank you so very much x

  Never had an issue with cervical screening. Staff at surgery friendly but professional. Surgery send reminders as appropriate and text message as a reminder prior to appointment.

• Consistently supportive throughout cancer

  The surgery staff were very supportive, quick to react and refer me for further treatment when I had cancerous symptoms. They continued to be supportive whilst I was waiting for my first stage of cancer treatment.

  Once you get in they're brilliant but getting an appointment is so difficult. It seems to be slightly different if it's an emergency, they see you quicker then. I was referred by my GP for my hearing issues and the referral process was done well

  They're absolutely fantastic. We have a lot to do with them and they never let us down. We don't bother them unless it's urgent but they do see people on the day if needed. One time I called and they asked me to come down straight away. The dispensary is also great, good for advice as well as administering medication.

  They are so cooperative and helpful. I know they can only do so much within the general constrictions but they are great. Admin and clinical staff are all good. I can usually get an appointment within 1-2 weeks but they also have emergency slots if it's urgent. They make me feel like I want to help them, because they are so helpful to me

• Difficult to get appointments

  I am registered with Ludham but it's good to be able to use Stalham if needed. Getting an appointment can be difficult - they only let appointments go up to 2 weeks in advance, so if the doctor wants to see you for a review in a month you can't book it there and then, and have to call back. The doctors are good though once you get to see them.

  I have been putting off having a smear test because of the awful experiences I have had previously. Today has changed my attitude completely. From the second I entered the room, Claire immediately put me at ease, so friendly and incredibly gentle. The smear was an absolute breeze and I joked with her I would have it done every week if it was like that! Never shall I worry again. Thankyou Claire and Ludham Surgery.
