  As a fairly new patient to the practice I have to say the service I have been provided by all the staff I have met is very refreshing and, albeit in trying times have been cheery and welcoming. - well done.

• Covid inoculation

  My husband and I both attended for the Covid vaccine today. We were slightly concerned because this is not our normal surgery and at the moment there is no facility anywhere near Downham Market. The organisation was exemplary, the staff and volunteers were cheerful and friendly. Particular thanks to the volunteers who were directing people outside the surgery while experiencing a cold easterly wind and the temperature of 1 degree. The surgery staff were excellent and efficient. Thanks to all for what they are doing.

  I had to join this practice in a major rush as we had recently moved to a new house in Marham and I had been taken ill and needed a district Nurse to visit. The surgery staff were fantastic and helped sort all the transfer forms quickly and got be on the books seamlessly. Ongoing I have always had terrific care and support from everyone in the surgery. I more than happy to stay a patient at this surgery.

  I always have a great experience when in the practice. Friendly staff and very accommodating. I am finding the website incredibly difficult to navigate, all advice is pointing me away from calling the practice but I just can't resolve my questions online.

  as a service engineer working in 5 counties everyday visiting 8/10 households daily i worry about my customers and my family, myself i have diabeties and high blood pressure so very concerned about our life. i consider myself in the same bracket as care workers

  I can not fault the care, understanding, kindness of all staff. They have gone above and beyond to help with all my issues, concerns etc. Phone answered quickly and if busy told where in phone call waiting we are. Can’t thank you enough for bring there for us

  Can’t see a doctor face to face. Can’t book appointment online. Can’t get through on the phone. Have they mysteriously disappeared in the Swaffham Triangle?

  Thankyou for your comments We have never stopped seeing patients face to face we have just changed the process how this happens .If a GP feels you need a face to face after a triage call this will certainly happen. Our telephone lines are extremely busy because of the intense triage program we have in place sorry. It is the case of just keep trying and avoid the busy times(mornings) if you can. We have been working tirelessly to keep our patients and staff safe to do this we have had to take control of the situation. Sorry you feel have not been happy with our service

  I have recently moved to this area and so far my GP has been very helpful. I haven't encountered any problems getting an appointment or contacting the surgery. The only issue is that my medical notes do not seem to have arrived at my new practice so my GP is not aware of all my previous medical care.
