• St Stephens keep dropping my daughter

  It sets her back and the cycle starts again. In 18 months she had 3 suicide attempts. They didn't do anything, they saw her twice and signed her off because at the time she was in a good mood. She didn't like the group sessions but got put back onto them. She's 18 years old - it's a massive issue - she was 17 at the time.

  They are always there for my daughter if she's struggling. Somebody was there within 3 hours when she had an emergency.

• Not enough help for mental health between ages 16-18

  My son was suicidal and we couldn't find any help. We saw a psychiatrist who said that he didn't know what to do with my son. Eventually we found help from our GP doctor.

  My son needed mental health help and was only able to be seen once every three weeks. On one occasion, we were promised to be seen on a Thursday but the appointment was cancelled until that Saturday which was particularly worrying as my son was suicidal.

• Low Staffing

  Low Staffing. A relative of mine has mental health issues and his appointments keep getting pushed back and so he has to see somebody new each time which doesn't help his issue reliving the event.

  My husband has mental health issues and used a service. The first was a group therapy class which he didn't like as it caused him to get anxious. Therefore the therapist moved him to a one on one class which worked fantastically.

• Mental health is in a terrible state

  Major trouble trying to access mental health services and when you finally do, the mental health services is in a terrible state, not fit for purpose. There is a too much reliance on volunteers.

  So I have bipolar and PTSD and don't get help. I told them I was struggling, they did an assessment with me but I didn't hear back from them. I was waiting for a letter which never came.
