  I was recently discharged from NNUH, into the care of the Early Discharge Community Stroke Team. They visited from day 1 of discharge and supported me every day for the past 6 weeks. To be able to recover at home with the support of this amazing team has meant so much. Their advice, care and support is vital in the community, we are so lucky to have such a service. The difference in recovery, having to stay in a busy hospital is immense. I would like to thank the whole team, your advice and encouragement has been immense and helped me though a very tough time.

  I go to the cardio rehab at Aylsham Town Hall. I get educated on food, do my exercises and am maintained. They're always on time and everything's run well.

• Absolutely brilliant

  I visited the mobile mammogram unit and it was absolutely brilliant. It saves me going to Norwich. It was really easy and not invasive. You get sent a letter and then you can book in.

• Appalling wheelchair services

  I have been a wheelchair user for 24 years and in the last 12 months I have felt bullied by staff and made to feel that I am not important or that my limited life is valued. I have been told I am not to use my electric wheelchair outdoors and must stay inside. Also my pressure cushion needs replacing (11 weeks waiting) and I have been told this needs to be reviewed before reordered and I am no. 24 on the waiting list. There has been appalling communication from the team - they do not answer messages or reply to emails. The ICB declined funding for an outdoor chair - saying the NHS only provides wheelchairs for indoor usage.

• ASD Assessment

  I've been told its going to be a 3 year wait for my son to have an ASD assessment with the Neurodevelopmental Service. It's been a struggle and the school have been threatening me with court over his attendance which isn't helped by lack of diagnosis.

• Waiting for an Autism assessment

  My son has been waiting for a neurodevelopmental (Autism) assessment for the last 3 years. We are still waiting and have not been communicated with.

• Worked hard to get me what I needed

  The team at the West Norfolk Community Neurology Service were great. I have quite a specific condition, and it can be difficult to get equipment that is just right for me. The staff took the time to find me a wheelchair that is padded and supported enough for me, they got me a king sized bed with all the padding and support that I need, and a recliner chair that can support me properly. They seem to be overworked and very busy, but they were always good at communicating with me.

  I go to a back class physio with Claire, I go twice a week for 6 weeks and it is really helping me. Bonus Claire is great.
