  The doctor (paediatrician) allocated was kind and considerate. They offer us support post diagnosis that I am sure funding and time do not allow. He did not close the door to us.

• Epilepsy service

  I know of a family who are able to contact the epilepsy nurse and talk to them whenever they need to. I think this is an excellent service. It means they do not have to travel every time or make an appointment as transport is a problem. I am not sure whether this is above and beyond the service or part of it but it has really made a difference.

  I didn't feel that we had received enough help in terms of diagnosing a mental health problem. We were discharged but we feel there is still a problem with our sons mental health.

  My mother in law was diagnosed with cancer, at first I thought we could care for her at home. We had and continue to have appalling service.

• Failing county

  The entire county is failing because of buck passing. No one will take responsibility over my enquiry regarding my son and educational services not responding to me since January and the issue that Starfish will not cover high functioning children. Services need to talk to each other and be more centralised rather than separated like our Clinical Commissioning Groups.
